"Purchased a fatsia japonica in a 5-liter pot..."
I got myself a fatsia japonica in a 5-liter pot from a large plant nursery. It arrived super fast, well wrapped, and the plant is in great shape. I'm a really satisfied customer 😊. I also picked up a canna Cleopatra during the summer, and it thrived beautifully, looking fantastic. I'm definitely gonna be on the lookout for more plant varieties next year since I'm so pleased!

"Black Magic Colocasia"
I got my Black Magic Colocasia plant on Saturday afternoon, and it showed up on Tuesday. The service was top-notch, the plant was securely packed and shielded, and it came in fantastic shape.

"What a gem we found!"
On our way back from a garden center, we happened upon this nursery. Instead of just browsing online, we decided to check it out in person, and boy, am I glad we did! It’s quickly become one of our favorite spots! They have a huge selection of plants in all sorts of shapes and sizes, catering to different budgets and garden styles. The plants looked fantastic, and there were plenty of staff around to assist with any questions. After spending over an hour digging through their treasures, we left with some stunning, rare grasses, and the team there was incredibly helpful. The prices were quite fair, and to top it all off, there’s a charming little cafe. We’ll definitely be back—what a real find!

"Big Plant Nursery is Simply the Best!"
I picked the Big Plant Nursery due to their great reviews. For my son's birthday, I sent him a hardy banana and a Fatsia Japonica 'Spiders Web'. I was really pleased with my choice of nursery. My son is over the moon with his plants and has shared some photos; they look like beautiful, big, healthy specimens, and were packed so well. A big shoutout to Archie for the awesome help he provided. Thanks a ton, Big Plant Nursery! I’ll definitely be back for more!

"Exceptional Customer Support"
I just snagged the hard-to-find Triarrhena lutarioriparia after getting a heads-up that it was back in stock. I goofed up my online order, but a super helpful lady on the phone sorted it out quickly. The plant showed up in perfect shape the very next day (at 8:30am, can you believe it?!). It’s really healthy, a great deal considering how rare it is, and the shipping fees were quite fair given the weight and next-day APC delivery. I'm thrilled with every part of the service I got and can’t wait to start growing this awesome plant!

"Overpriced Plants of Poor Quality"
I ordered 2 arum lily plants but ended up with 4 tiny ones, and 3 of 'em have already died. I reached out via email twice about 3 weeks ago and even sent some pics, but no response. So, I tried calling, and after days of trying, a lady finally picked up. When I explained my issue, she was super sarcastic but said she'd get back to me, which, surprise surprise, never happened. I’m done with this company; they’re all about the sale but vanish when there’s a problem. Customer service? What’s that?

"Our Acer Purchase Experience in April"
Back in April, we picked up an Acer from the Big Plant Nursery. It had a tiny, dead branch that we thought was due to frost, so we decided to wait for warmer weather before planting it. By June, after just a few weeks in our soil, it looked pretty miserable, so we sent a close-up photo of the dead branch to the nursery. A week later, they got back to us, saying it seemed like Verticillium Wilt, a soil-borne issue, and suggested we swap it for a different plant. Since they have a replacement policy for unhappy customers, I asked if we could select another plant up to the value of the Acer. A week later, they replied that because the issue stemmed from the soil it was in, they could only give us a £30 credit, which was less than half of what we originally spent. I was shocked that the already damaged branch was somehow our fault. Another week passed, and they said they checked their other Acers and found no signs of the disease, but they still offered the £30 credit. I told them that after spending £130 on two unhealthy plants, I wasn’t keen on risking more cash on potentially infected ones. A few days later, we got a message saying, 'we're happy to provide you with a replacement Acer free of charge.' Now, we have a lovely Acer, but it’s staying in its original pot until we’re sure it’s healthy. We might have just had bad luck with our plant, but I’m not sure I want to go through this hassle with the Big Plant Nursery again.

"Amazing! Just what I expected.."
Amazing! I just got my bamboo plant, two days after I placed the order. Tracking my shipment was a breeze, and I was on the edge of my seat! (Had a letdown with another company before). Super happy, it was packed nicely and the bamboo is a beautiful, fresh plant. Thanks a ton, Big Plant Co!!

"What Happened to Your Customer Support?"
The whole Customer Service aspect seems to be non-existent.

I made my order on April 25th and got a generic email with two possible delivery dates.
3 - 5 days for regular times or as long as 14 days during busy periods.

I’m not sure which category my order falls into, and I’ve emailed and called but haven’t heard back.

I can’t speak to the product’s quality just yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

"Definitely worth the wait"
I feel bad for Richard's rough experience. I can only share that mine was quite the opposite. The two Musa plants showed up in excellent packaging to prevent any harm. The delivery guy was also gentle when he handed over the box. The plants looked healthy and even exceeded my expectations. Placing the order was a breeze, and I got updates on shipping. I'm pleased and really hope Richard has a better go at it next time. Cheers, Margaret

"Subpar Product with Lousy Customer Service"
The Butia Odorata arrived on time and at the price we agreed upon, and it was the right pot size, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1. However, the tree had 4 thick breaks in the branches and 2 smaller ones. I’ve got 3 Butia Odoratas from another seller, and they only had 3 thick and 1 minor break among them. Those three were also ordered without seeing them first, but they came in great shape.

Bigplantnursery was quick to respond during the buying and delivery process, but they totally ghosted me after I emailed them the next working day, right after I unwrapped the tree. The pictures I sent were pretty clear, and anyone from bigplantnursery could’ve come to check it out for themselves. I even followed up with another email last month, but still no reply.

Since they haven’t explained why they sent me a subpar tree, I can’t help but wonder if they were just trying to offload something that wouldn’t sell if a customer had seen it in person first. Plus, the tree from bigplantnursery was way pricier than the ones I got last summer. I was okay with paying more because my experience with the other company was so good, and they didn’t have any Butias left by the end of September.

I’ll definitely think twice before trying another palm tree supplier besides the one I used before. I’d suggest anyone buying from bigplantnursery to visit the place first and pick out a specific plant or tree instead of leaving it up to them.

"Tiny Plant Shop"
I ordered two 7L agaves online but ended up with 5L ones. I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service, but it seems like they don’t have one since I never get a response. The delivery and packaging were decent, but the plants and the absence of a dependable contact service are a letdown. This was my first and definitely my last experience with this nursery.

"Consistently Awesome"
Consistently awesome! I've placed three different orders so far—two through their site and one via eBay. The delivery is always quick, and the plants arrive in excellent shape, which helps them flourish. (As I write this, I've got three Bamboo plants and a monkey puzzle tree on the way.)
